Some of these emails contain altered proforma documents with bank details that do not belong to our company. If you receive any unusual communication claiming to be from us, please contact us before making any payment. We only accept payments to the bank accounts stated in the original proforma invoice or invoice sent from our official domains: @fixandrive.com and @ersatzio.com.

We do not use any bank accounts in Dubai/UAE or in Portugal.

If in doubt, do not make any payment and verify the request by phone using the contact details published on our website.
