Warranty

All parts sold by our company are provided with a standard 1-2 years manufacturer's warranty. Please contact one of our sales manager to receive additional information about any further details.

Warranty qualification

Any defects subject to a warranty case must have been caused during the manufacturing process and

Any parts subject to a warranty case must have been installed in a manufacturer's authorized service

No warranty is provided for any damages caused by

  • Installation not in an authorized manufacturer's service
  • Part usage outside of the appropriate purpose
  • An incorrect part installation
  • Using any wrong fuel or oil
  • Accidents
  • Delivery and not immediately reported in written to logistics provider prior to accepting the shipment.

Returns & exchange

Original auto parts cannot be returned!

Order cancellation - before shipment

Please check carefully whether you have chosen the correct part numbers as well as the exactly needed quantities before submitting your orders. Once we have received your order and your payment, it is possible to cancel your order in a few restricted cases only:

  • Our sales manager agreed to cancel
  • The parts are not available or the delivery time is unknown

Order cancellation - after shipment

Once the parts have been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order in the following restricted cases only:

  • Our sales manager agreed to cancel

If you receive wrongly delivered or damaged parts, you have the right to exchange those parts for correct and good parts.

In any other cases we must charge a cancellation fee

The usual cancellation fee is approx. 30% of the goods value.
All pre-shipment, shipment and service fees are not a subject of refund in any case once incurred. When confirming an order the customer explicitly agrees with our warranty & cancellation terms.
